Usage 
Use of Proxy4Wow.com's servers are limited to gameplay. You may not use them for: 

• Any malicious activities
• Downloading files
• Web browsing
• IRC

You cannot give out your account details to anyone. 

Usage of Proxy4Wow.com's service requires Putty, Proxifier or SocksCap (or alternative Proxy software) - two popular free (and safe) software programs created by a 3rd party developers. We do not ask you to install any non-safe programs. 

General 
If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable. 
The failure or delay of Proxy4Wow.com to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the Proxy4Wow.com's right to enforce that right. 

New user trial and fair usage policy 
Proxy4Wow.com reserved the rights to deny free trial credits to any new users who do not conform to our definition of fair usage or is deemed as a rouge account.
