Server 1 has been move to a new data center.
It should be more stable now.
We have also upgrade server 2 hardware and network in order to support more
user login at the same time.

Random DC problem is now solved.
Wow have added new connection port and IP since patch 3.3.3 and this does not tally with our proxy server firewall rules.
Thus, it disconnect client connection after login to the game.
In order to solve this, we have added new firewall rule to solve this issue.
I guess there will be no more DC issue for now.
Sea network cable issue still exists and latency may not as low as used to.
Please try all the servers and see which one can give you the lowest latency in game.
We have add in a new Server 6.

If you get random disconnect(5-10min) after login to Wow server using our proxy server, please try disable all your addon.
It should solve the disconnect problem as it is caused by the out-dated addon.

SERVER3 延遲高的問題到今天還是沒有解決。
我們依然等待Starhub 的回復,目前SERVER3 連到臺灣魔獸大概延遲280ms。
不過好消息的是,Streamyx用戶現在連帶香港Server4應該會有更低的延遲,大概會在50ms-70ms 。
而且檳城的用戶應該不會再有什么問題了
SERVER3 issue is still persist after all.
SERVER 3 is getting 280MS connecting to WOW TW and we are still waiting for the reply from Starhub DC.
The Good News is, Streamyx user will get a lower latency connecting to our HK Server 4, which will be 50ms.
And Penang Streamyx users' problems will be resolved now.

平時是60MS左右 今天延遲大概250MS
請你們先轉到別的代理服務器,目前正常的有 1,2,4,5
任何不便之處請多多包涵
Server 3 is having a high latency to Wow Taiwan now.
The latency usually is 60ms but now it boost up to 250ms
Please switch to alternative proxy server, server 1,2,4,5 is normal now.

目前已知道的問題是SERVER1 有出現數據掉包的情況。
在SERVER3 和 5 我們并沒有看到任何數據掉包的情況出現。

Recently we receive a lot of complaint from customer regarding the unstable issue of the proxy servers.
We know Server1 is encountering packet loss issue.
However, we don't see any packet loss issue on Server 3 and 5.
We are still investigate the root cause of the problem.
